Charged as a function of the value attributed to the dispute according to the following schedule

For the values up to R$ 5 million there is a basic rate of R$ 40.000. 

Between R$5.000.000 and R$24.999.999, starting with basic rate, and additional 0,3% rate will be applied to the value within the bracket interval.  Therefore, in the upper limit of such bracket total costs will be R$100.000.000. 

From now on, the same procedure will be repeated with a falling rate of adjustment for each bracket or class of values in dispute, until an open class of R$ 100.000 and over when the procedure is no longer repeated.In the cases involving only conciliation, it will be charged, as costs, 50% of the amounts indicated in the table above.

 At the moment of a request, either for conciliation or arbitration, it will be charged an “opening rate” of R$ 4.000, neither reimbursable nor compensated afterwards.

Considering that the Chamber FGV costs are paid  upon the signing of the terms of arbitration, if a three month delay will elapsed without completion of such formality, a monthly amount of R$ 2.000 will be charged.

When the term of arbitration is actually signed, this aforementioned charge will be immediately discontinued and the costs due to the Chamber paid in accordance with the table that correlates such amount to the value attributed to the dispute.

Since the value attributed to the dispute is estimated by the requesting party, in the event that the award exceeds the original amount, the Chamber costs will be adjusted accordingly.

In the event the parties reach an agreement prior to the signing of the terms of arbitration, only 20% of the Chamber costs originally charged will be effectively collected.

The costs due to the Chamber will be deposited at the Secretary at the moment of the signing of the terms of arbitration or according to time limit determined by the arbitral tribunal on that occasion.
