¹ In the event of an arbitral tribunal, each arbiter will get the same paid, unless de tribunal decides differently. In principle the arbiters have a say about the amount to be received.
² The arbiters fees will be paid trough the Chamber which once received the due amounts from the parties will make the payment to the arbiters.
³ In the occurrence of a compromise between the parties prior to the signing of the arbitration term, the arbiters fees will be fixed on the basis of 20% of the minimum amount related to the value of the dispute.
As far as the conciliators are concerned, their fees will be the same fees suggested for the arbiters.
